In some cases, due to some reasons, you may want to cancel the packing request.
First, you need to access the details page of the Packing Request list, you can click by clicking on Pack button of a packing request to view its details page.

In the Packing Details page, first you have to select which carrier will be used to fulfill this shipment.
If the carrier has not been integrated with RMS, just select “Custom” and fill in its title.

Next, you have to select which package type you use for this package (and the size of the package will be filled in automatically), and which products to be packed in this package.
Please remember to fill in the weight of the package after measuring it.

In case that you have more than 1 package in the shipment, you can also add new package (then select Package Type, select products, fill in weight,…)

After you have finished packing all items, you can click on Submit button to create the shipment.

A confirmation popup will show, you can click on Confirm button to proceed. Note that all the items in the Packing Request will also be sent back to allocation step, and you will need to allocate-pick-pack them again.
