Product Name

  • Name of the product

Abandoned Amount

  • The abandoned amount of the product in all abandoned carts including that product

  • Value= row total of the product which is abandoned from the cart (excl. tax and discount)

-The currency will follow the Base Currency of the Magento site.

Subtotal of the Abandoned Cart

  • The Subtotal of the abandoned carts which include the product

-The currency will follow the Base Currency of the Magento site.

Product Abandonment Rate (%)

  • The contributions as % of this Abandoned Amount over the Subtotal

  • Value= (Abandoned Amount of the abandoned product/ the Subtotal of the Abandoned Cart which includes that abandoned product) *100%

Total Abandoned Qty

  • Total abandoned qty of the product in all abandoned carts

  • This column is hidden by default

Total Qty added to Abandoned Cart

  • Total qty of all abandoned carts that include that abandoned product

  • Ex:

Abandoned Cart 1:
+ Abandoned Item A is added 5 qty
+ Abandoned Item B is added 4 qty

Abandoned Cart 2:
+ Abandoned Item A is added 3 qty
+ Abandoned Item C is added 2 qty

-> Total Qty added to Abandoned Cart of Abandoned Item A is 14 qty.

  • Total carts that the product is abandoned from

Note: If the customer checkout the cart that includes the abandoned product or delete that product from cart, the data related to that abandoned product will also be removed.

In this chart, you can compare the data of each metric in the Report by selecting the value through the Select Metrics dropdown including (Revenue (excl. Tax), Revenue (incl. Tax), Qty Sold, Average Selling Price, % Total Revenue, Qty Refunded, COGS, Profit, Margin (%), Refunded, Invoiced, Discount, Tax Total Abandoned Qty, Total Qty added to Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Amount, Subtotal of the Abandoned Cart, Product Abandonment Rate (%),Number of Cart ).
