4. Main flow (Required)

The most common path of interactions between the user & the system:

1. Cashier selects “Refund” and then clicks “No Sales Invoice Available” to proceed making refund for customer that does not bring receipt with them. The POS system processes and displays All Products

2. Cashier searches for the items that the customer want to refund and adds it into Refund Cart. The POS prompts Select Payment Method to Refund

3. Cashier selects Intersolve as the refund method. The POS system displays Intersolve refund method popup

4. Cashier enters the Code of the gift card that will be refunded to the customer, the amount of money that is going to be refunded (should be equivalent to the total value of refund items selected earlier), and clicks “Complete”. The POS system automatically send a request to Intersolve to activate the gift card with the gift code and loaded balance that was filled in by cashier earlier so that customer can use Intersolve gift card to pay for their purchase in the future.
