4. Pre-conditions

Cashier already left the comment on the order or on items in an order

5. Main flow (Required)

The most common path of interactions between the user & the system:

  1. Cashier prints the receipt of the transaction and views the comment that they made earlier on an order/items in an order.

  2. Cashiers finds an order that they want to view the comment left on by searching for the order number in POS > Order History. The POS system processes and displays the appropriate order.

  3. Cashier selects an order to view additional information of an order by clicking on the desired order. The POS system processes and displays “Order Details” page

  4. Cashier views the comment that they left on the order and/or on the items in an order in the “Receipt comment” section.
