How to print barcodes from Purchase Orders
Our Magestore Barcode app has released a new feature for the Pro plan - printing barcodes from Purchase Orders (PO). Sometimes your printer brands are not compatible with the default printer offered by the Stocky app, preventing you from printing barcodes for purchase orders right on this app.
Therefore, our app builds this feature to help you better manage the barcodes of your store as well as lessen the time to print barcodes for each purchase order once its items are received. Just by getting the right API key and selecting purchase order ID, you can import its barcodes and print quickly.
How to integrate with the Stocky app?
Step 1: upgrade the plan of the Magestore Barcode app to Pro.
If not, the Purchase Order page will be blocked.
Step 2: access the Stocky app > Preferences > API access > copy the existing API key or generate a new one
Step 3: go to Magestore Barcode app > Settings page > Integration > fill in this Stocky API key
If not, you cannot open the Purchase Order page.
Remember that you can only integrate the Stocky API key of the same store installing Magestore Barcode app. If not, you will receive message below.
Once you apply the correct Stocky API key, you can open Purchase Order pages and activate printing barcodes.
How to import barcodes of a Stocky purchase order?
After the above setting steps, go to the Purchase Order page and import barcodes.
Step 1: Select purchase order ID.
Remember that Stocky PO number and ID are different. Read HERE to learn more about those terms.
Step 2: Select the received date for items (optional).
If your PO has at least 2 received dates and you want to print only barcodes received in date 2, configure this field.
Step 3: Click on the Import barcodes button to load the barcodes of that purchase order.
This button is only enabled after you select the purchase ID.
After you click on Import barcodes, the system will verify to show only valid barcodes.
How to print barcodes of purchase orders?
Once you imported barcodes successfully, you can
Select barcode templates
Update default print qty
Then print the barcodes as you demand.
