Customize PDF templates

Step 1: Access the Templates page of MS Order Printer

  • Go to Shopify App → MS Order Printer → Templates page

  • Here, we offer templates for 3 document types

    • Invoice

    • Packing slip

    • Refund

  • Each document type will have some themes. Enjoy to apply the default theme for your PDFs based on your taste

Step 2: Customize template

  • Hover one certain template → Click Edit

  • The app will redirect to the template details page with the list of GUI Editors

  • Here, feel free to add your custom information or change the format of the template to will match your sale order details

    • Order Overview

    • Customer, Payment, Shipment

    • Products, Grand total

    • Extra information, etc.

When done, click Save to update your customization.

You can also print a test page to check the current template in actual PDF format.
