Before You Begin:

• Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

• Temporarily close your current POS PWA application (if available. If you did not install Window App before, please skip this step)

• Download the update package from the following link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QuSIc2D3FNLvRuqSxOTq59UGTF8c7vV2/view?usp=sharing

  • Click the link.

  • Click the "Download" button (usually an arrow pointing downwards).

  • Save the file to a location on your computer that you can easily find (e.g., your "Downloads" folder or your Desktop).

Installment Steps:

1. Unzip the Downloaded File

   • Locate the downloaded zip file on your computer.

   • Right-click on the file.

   • Select "Extract All..." (or a similar option, depending on your operating system).

   • Choose a location to extract the files (e.g., your Desktop or a new folder).

   • Click "Extract".

2. Uninstall the Old PWA POS Version

   • Find the current PWA POS application on your computer.

   • Uninstall it. On your computer:

     • Click the Start button.

     • Type "Add or remove programs" and press Enter.

     • Find the old PWA POS application in the list.

     • Click on it and select "Uninstall".

     • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstallation.

3. Copy SDK Files

   • Open the downloaded update package.

   • Locate the folder named "Resources\SDKs".

   • Inside, you will find a file named "ING-CSRP-SerialLibrary.dll". You need to copy this file to two locations on your computer:

a) Copy to "C:\Windows\System32"

• Open File Explorer.

• Navigate to "C:\Windows\System32".

• Copy "ING-CSRP-SerialLibrary.dll" into this folder.

• You might be prompted to provide administrator permission to complete this action. If so, click "Continue" or "Allow".

b) Copy to "C:\Windows\System"

• In File Explorer, navigate to "C:\Windows\System".

• Copy "ING-CSRP-SerialLibrary.dll" into this folder.

• You might be prompted to provide administrator permission to complete this action. If so, click "Continue" or "Allow".

4. Install the New PWA POS Version

   • Open the downloaded update package.

   • Find the PWA POS application in the downloaded file and open it.

5. Create a Desktop Shortcut (Optional)

   • Once the installation is complete, locate the new PWA POS application.

   • To create a shortcut on your desktop for easy access:

     • Right-click on the application.

     • Select "Send to" -> "Desktop (create shortcut)".

     • A shortcut to the PWA POS application will now appear on your desktop.

6. Launch the PWA POS Application

   • You can now open the PWA POS application using the desktop shortcut (if created) or by finding it in the file you downloaded from us.

   • Use the application as you normally would. The updated POS PWA application now should work.
