Mollie Terminal

1. Setting Mollie in the Backend

To use Mollie as a payment method on Point of Sales of Magestore, you first need to set up Mollie in the Backend.

Log in to the Backend page, on the Admin sidebar, go to POS > Admin > Settings > open the Payment for POS section > select Mollie

In this section, fill out the following fields:

Field	Description
Enabled	Yes/No
Title	Enter a title of payment that you want to show on POS during checkout, take payment, refund.
Sandbox Mode	Yes/No Set the current operating environment for Mollie transactions
Organization Access Token	Define the API Access token Mollie Dashboard > Developers > Create access token
Profile ID	Enter profile where the payment is processed: You can find the Profile ID on the Developers > API access tokens page or in your Mollie Dashboard under Organization settings > Profiles. Note: Be aware the profile ID is not your API key. Your API key is private and should never be used in a browser context. The profile ID starts with `pfl_,`where as API keys start with `live_`or `test_.`
Sort Order	Define the display order of this payment method on the checkout/take payments

If the Mollie APIs Library has not been installed yet, you need to install Mollie APIs Library by running the command:

composer require "mollie/mollie-api-php:^3.13.1" via your ssh before you connect with Mollie.

After you have already configured all things that are mentioned above, the next step you click on the Test Terminal Connection button to test connection.

2. Setting Mollie on the POS

Once you have configured Mollie in the Backend, log in to Magestore POS and navigate to the Settings page > Payment > Mollie to pair it with POS.

Click on the button Refresh list to get available terminals

Note: To view the list of available Terminal IDs, go to Mollie Dashboard → In-person payments → Terminals.

Select a terminal in the dropdown > Connect successfully

3. Checkout via Mollie (Test Mode)

After selecting "Mollie terminal" payment method, prompt "Processing transaction" popup when processing card

Verify the Payment in Mollie Dashboard:

Log in to Mollie Dashboard and make sure Test Mode is enabled.
Go to Dashboard > Sales > Select the payment: In Test Mode, use the checkout URL to open Mollie’s test checkout screen, simulate different payment statuses, and verify the payment flow without using real money.
