How to Close and Validate a Session on POS

Click POS Menu in POS screen

Find Session Management on POS checkout menu

Choose the session In Progress > Click Close Session

Set the Closing Balance > Click Confirm

If the Theoretical Closing Balance is different from real balance (Different <> 0), you must note your reason to explain the Difference. Otherwise, you can’t continue closing session.

Click Validate
