How to Sign Other Users Out of POS

For some reasons, admin can choose to sign other users out of the current working POS, such as:
Admin changes the location in the POS configuration page while that POS is being used by a POS staff.
Admin deletes a POS account while that user account is still logging on POS.
Admin deletes POS roles (include permission for staff to be active on POS) or removes the permission on POS while the user account is still logging on POS.
In those cases, the admin can force a POS account to be signed out of a POS while that staff is currently logging on by clicking the Force Sign-out button.
Magento backend > POS > Manage POS > View a POS detail.
Click Force Sign-out > Save.
If the staff is working on the POS and doing some sales activities, they will be forced to sign out & POS will notify them. It will redirect to the login screen & the recent uncompleted action couldn’t be saved.
For example, when you create a new customer, then access denied, customer information will not going to be saved in the system. Below is the notification.
Warning
Force sign out only works when the Session Management feature is Disable in the backend.
