What if I I Can’t Find or Forget Slack Invitation from Magestore

Slack is our only official supporting channel during the project timeline. If you can’t find the invitation even after you look for it in spam, here is the guideline for you

  1. Access this link:  https://magestorechat.slack.com, click Forgot your password! Get help signing in

  2. Input your Email addres then click Continue

     

  3. Check your mailbox > open email then click Sign in

     

  4. Follow the Slack guide to reset your Password then Login
