Where can I find customer’s balance of reward points?

You can find the customer’s balance of Reward Points in the below guide:

Go to Backend > Customers > All Customers:

Step 1: Click on Edit on the Action column of the customer you want to manage.

Step 2: Click on Reward Points tab to see the customer’s balance

You can see customer’s balance under Available Points Balance.
