How to add a new spending rate

Spending Rate information enables users to define that if with X amount reward point balance, customers can get how many discount? Please follow this guide to learn how to add a new Spending Rate.

Path: Reward Points > Spending section > Spending Rates

In order to add a new Spending rate, you can click on the Add New Spending Rate button then input all the required below data

Field Name	Type	Description
Spending Point(s)	Text
Discount received	Text	To define Spending rate. If you input: – Spending point(s) = 1 – Discount received = 5 It’s mean if a customer spends 1 point, he will be received $5 discount amount.
Status	Dropdown	To active/ inactive this earning rate
Limit spending points based on	Dropdown	To define maximum point discount per order. If you choose: – None: there are no limitation of spending points – A fixed amount of Total Order Value – A percentage of Total Order Value
Limit value allowed to spend point at	Text	To define maximum point discount per order. If you input X and: – Limit spending points based on A fixed amount of Total Order Value => X is the maximum point discount that customer could receive from spending point – Limit spending points based on A percentage of Total Order Value => {X * total order value} is the maximum point discount that customer could receive form spending point
Websites	Dropdown	To select website that earning rate is applied on You can select more than 1 value
Customer Groups	Dropdown	To select customer groups that earning rate is applied on You can select more than 1 value
Priority	Text	To define priority of this earning rate to others. 0 is the highest level of priority.
