How to Manage Giftcard Template

Before you start

Make sure you've enabled Gift Card for your business. To check this settings, on the Marketing menu, under Gift Card, click on Settings.

Under General, make sure Enable Gift Card is set to Yes.

You can also change the logo on the gift card by scrolling down to Gift Card Printout and upload your logo.

Don't forget to click the Save Config button on the top right.

Create a gift card design template

By default, Magestore POS offers 2 standard templates you can use for your gift card. To create a new design for your gift cards, go to Marketing, under Gift Card, click on Manage Templates.

Click on Add New Template.

Type in the Template name. This label will help you select the correct design when you create a new gift card product.

For Design Pattern, set the background image on top or the left side of the card.

 

Choose the colors for texts and links.

Under Background Images, upload the images you want to use for your gift card design.

 

Press Save and Continue Edit on the top right menu. The system will create a new gift card template. You can press Preview to see what it would look like.

 

You can continue adjusting the template and press Save when you're done.
