How to Clear Site Data on Google Chrome After Upgrading to a New POS Version

Why you need to do this:

  • When upgrading POS systems, clearing some site data is necessary to ensure the system uses updated data correctly.

  • Deleting site data, like cache and cookies, can also help fix issues if a site isn’t working properly.

Notes before clearing data:

  • Following this guide will remove all site data in Google Chrome, which will sign you out of all websites.

  • Clearing all site data will also delete any on-hold orders saved in POS.

  • It’s recommended to Clear cookies in Google Chrome after removing site data for best results.

What you can do:

  1. Access the POS system through Google Chrome by going to: [your-domain]/apps/pos/. For example https://node-8.pda.magestore.com/apps/pos/
