How to enable POS Locations as the pick-up locations on website
By default logic, POS Location that customers can choose to pick up orders must use the same stock that is currently linked with sales channel: website. Otherwise, if stores and online website are using different stock then there's no store displayed on website front end when check out  |

Go to POS > Manage Locations
Go to view Location details
Go to tab “Click and Collect” > Field “Allow Click and Collect” = Yes and select a “Schedule” for this location
