What is the Awaiting Shipment list

You can access the Awaiting Shipment list by Left Menu → Order Management → Awaiting Shipment

Then, user will be redirected to Awaiting Shipment list. This is where you start the fulfillment process in your warehouse.

In this page, you can see how many qty of items in each order has been allocated, their Order Status and can allocate them into Fulfillment Process (creating Picking Request) or create Backorder for insufficient items.

{How to create Backorder for orders}

In the page, user can see all orders that has been assigned to your current warehouse to be fulfilled. You can see the Order ID, Created Date, Allocated Qty, Customer, Order Status and Fulfill Status in the page.

Some Definition:

Allocated Qty: The {Qty of products allocated to fulfillment process}/{Qty of products assigned to current warehouse}.

Fulfill Status: The fulfillment status of the order in the current warehouse.

  • Allocated: All products assigned to current warehouse in this order has been allocated.

  • Partially Allocated: Some product qty assigned to current warehouse has been allocated.

  • Unallocated: No product qty assigned to current warehouse has been allocated.

Filters

You can filter the list by their Order ID, Customer, Created Date, Order Status and Fulfill Status.
