How to setup Stripe terminal

I. Payment Configuration in POS admin

Go to POS admin > Settings > Payments for POS > Select Stripe terminal

Fill in below information:

Choose Sandbox Mode = Yes if you want to test (without real transaction), choose No if you want to use it in production (with the real transactions)

To get Secret Key, please refer to this link API keys

II. Terminal configuration in POS

  • Register new Terminal

  • Connect to a registered Terminal

  • Disconnect to the current Terminal before connecting to the new one.

III. Stripe Terminal payment option when checkout

Send the payment request to Terminal then wait for the response.

Record the payment info in the order detail

The card number will be displayed like ************1234
