  1. Report details

On the main page, you can select metrics of the orders you would like to see in the report, based on the information you would like to see, including:

  • Order Created: Show report based on the date the order is created

  • Order Updated: Show report based on the date the order was last updated

The Order Updated report is created in real-time and does not require a refresh

  • Sales Channel (This setting only shows when your system has installed POS package)

Include all the available locations where you use POS. You can select the location to show the data based on the selected promotionlocation.

Columns that are shown by default

Coupon

  • The name of the Coupon.

  • Shown when Report by = "Coupon

    On this report, you can filter by Counpon (when Report by = Coupon), , Subtotal, Grand Total, Revenue (excl. Tax), Average Order Value

    In this chart, you can compare the data of each metric in the Report by selecting the value through the Select Metrics dropdown including (Number of Orders, Discounted by Coupon (only show when Report by = Coupon), Subtotal, , Subtotal, Tax, Shipping (excl. Tax), Discount, Grand Total, Invoiced, Qty Invoiced, Refunded, Qty Refunded, Revenue (incl. Tax), Revenue (excl. Tax), Average Order Value, COGS, Profit, Margin (%)).

    For the metrics that display the contribution of the data over the total, they will be shown by the pie chart, and the rest is shown by bar chart.
