4. Main flow (Required)
The customer makes a purchase of product A at the store or e-commerce website.
Once the order is created, the qty will be reserved in the system, and the new salable qty will be updated in both offline & online channels.
For example, now we have 8 product A available for sales. If a walk-in customer purchases 2 products A either in the store or on the online site, the salable qty of product A showed on both the store system and online website are updated the same and reduced to 6 immediately.
