The most common path of interactions between the user & the system:

1. Store manager sets up the min qty and max qty for each SKU in each location

2. System sends alert when qty of this SKU reaches min qty or max qty

3. When staff creates Purchase order, system automatically calculate the purchased qty for each Location= Min Qty - Current Qty or if staff manually fills the purchased qty that is larger than the max qty, system automatically shows alert of the max qty then purchase staff can decide to correct this number.
