  • The store owner or warehouse manager can keep adding more item in the Purchase Order after confirming the PO. This reduces the hassle to navigate across multiple PO to receive items in the case that supplier sends a big shipment including items in multiple PO

  • As the store owner, I would like to add more product in a PO after confirming PO

5. Pre-conditions

  • There is an existing PO with status other than “Completed”

6. Main flow (Required)

The most common path of interactions between the user & the system:

  1. The store owner selects the existing Purchase Order with a supplier to add more item in the PO by clicking “View” button, the system processes and displays “Purchase Order” details

  2. The store owner can add more item in the Purchase Order by selecting the product in one of the following option, the system then processes and adds selected products into the Purchase Order

    • Import Products, the system processes and displays the “Import Products” popup in which the store owner can upload the CSV file to add more products into the Purchase Order

    • Scan Barcode, the system processes and displays the “Scan Barcode” textbox in which the barcode of item will be displayed after scanning

    • Back Sales Products, the system processes and displays the “Back Sales Products” popup showing back sales item that belongs to the supplier

    • All Supplier Products, the system processes and displays “All Supplier Products” popup showing all item from the supplier

  3. The store owner then adjust the quantity of newly added item if necessary and clicks “Save” to confirm the newly added item in the Purchase Order, the system processes and updates the Purchase Order and items in Incoming Stock Report
