After you have picked the items, packing requests will be created for each order.
You can access the Packing Request list by Menu → Fulfillment → Fulfillment Management → Packing.
After that, you will be redirected to Packing Request page.
In the Packing Request page, you can see the Pack ID, Order ID, Age, Purchase Date, Customer, Shipping Method, Qty to Pack, Packed Qty.
Pack ID: The ID of the packing request.
Order ID: The ID of the order related to this packing request.
Age: How long since this packing request has been created.
Purchase Date: The date that the order related to this packing request was created.
Customer: The customer who placed the order.
Shipping Method: The shipping method was selected when the order was created.
Qty to Pack: The total qty of items to be packed in this packing request.
Packed Qty: The total qty of items has been packed and shipping in this packing request.
You can filter to find the packing request with Order ID, Pack ID, Purchase Date, Customer and Shipping Method.
