From April 1, 2024, free users installing our app before November 27, 2023, will be limited to 200 barcode prints per month.

6 months ago, we launched the Magestore retail barcode label on the Shopify App Store, offering an entirely free solution that allowed users to generate and print unlimited barcodes.
However, as the popularity of our app soared, the usage volume surpassed our capacity to maintain optimal service. To ensure a seamless experience and align our service quality with pricing sustainability, we have implemented a monthly cap of 200 barcode prints for users who installed our app before November 27, 2023, effective from April 1, 2024.
Q: Are there any additional limitations introduced alongside the 200-barcode prints per month cap?
No, there aren't.
Every other feature you have been using since installing the app remains intact. The only change is the introduction of a cap on the number of barcode prints, intended to regulate usage volume.
Q: What should I do if I need to print more than 200 barcodes per month?
In line with our commitment to service excellence and pricing sustainability, we've introduced 2 new plans, Standard and Pro, specifically tailored to diverse barcode needs, offering significantly higher print allowances and additional capabilities.
As for the barcode print limit, the Standard plan extends the limit to 2000 barcodes per month, while the Pro plan reinstates the original unlimited printing capacity provided upon installing our app. It's crucial to note that the barcode print limit will immediately adjust upon subscribing to a new plan, following the rules of the selected plan.
Importantly, until April 1, 2024, users who installed the app before November 27, 2023, retain the benefit of unlimited barcode prints.
