We offer downloading/printing PDFs for sales orders in multiple ways

  • In-app function

  • Shopify Orders page

1. In-app PDF actions

  • Go to MS Order Printer → Order Printer page

  • Here, you will see all your created Shopify sales orders

a. Actions for multiple orders

  • Tick the checkbox to select more than one sales order at the same time

  • Select bulk action of the order grid in two ways

    • Click the Print/Download button

    • Click the Print/Download icon

Select order then click Print/Download button

  • Next, select the document types you want to print/download

    • Invoice

    • Packing slip

    • Refund

b. Action for one order

You can also take PDF action for only one sale order

  • In the Order Printer page, open one sales order details

  • Here, select the document type to process. The preview PDF will be displayed as well

  • Print or download files based on your demand

2. Shopify Orders page

On the Orders page of Shopify, we also offer bulk actions of downloading/printing PDF files

  • Select multiple orders or open one order details

  • More actions → Print/Download files

     

  • Select document types to process

  • Print or download files based on your demand
