Warning

You can only open a new session when there’s no session currently running. Otherwise, check the current session and close it before opening your new one.

Warning

If a staff logs out from a POS without closing his current session, no other staff can log in and use that POS until the previous staff log in again and close his session.

  1. Log in your POS account

Step 2: Set Opening Balance

  1. After you’ve logged in successfully, a pop-up will automatically show up and require you to open a new session. In this pop-up, please set Opening Balance > click Open Session.

Step 3: Review the open session

  1. Click POS Menu in POS screen.

  2. Your open session will be listed in 

Session Management.
