How to close and reopen a purchase order

If you want to resume the process of any In-progress PO, click on Close PO button.

This will make every function of a PO to be pending

  • Receive inventory

  • Purchase invoice

  • Edit PO

To can still reopen that PO anytime, by clicking on the Reopen PO button

With Completed purchase order, once closed, it cannot be reopened to take further actions.
