For the RMS, which function do we integrate with Shipstaion?

We only integrate the function related to creating shipment of the Shipstation on the RMS.

• Carriers of the Shipstation

• Shipping services of the Shipstation

• Package types of the Shipstation’s carrier

• The insured amount of the shipment

• The confirmation of the shipment

• The rate of the shipment (Shipping cost of the shipment when using the Shipstation's carriers)

1. Carriers of the Shipstation

In the RMS, after integrating with the Shipstation, there are 2 available carriers that you can choose when creating a shipment: Stamps.com and UPS by Shipstation

2. Shipping services of the Shipstation

After choosing the Shipstation’s carrier that you want, there are suitable shipping services for that carrier

3. Package types of the Shipstation’s carrier

After choosing the Shipstation’s carrier that you want, there are suitable package types for that carrier

When choosing the package type that you want, you do not need to fill in the size information for that package, because the Shipstation’s system will automatically fill in the size information (The size field when choosing the Shipstation’s carrier is hidden like the below picture)

4. The insured amount of the shipment

After choosing the Shipstation’s carrier, there will be a insurance field. If you want to apply the insurance for that package, you can select Yes option and fill in the suitable insured amount like the below picture.

5. The confirmation of the shipment

The confirmation of the Shipstation’s carrier includes Delivery, Signature and Adult Signature like the below picture.

6. The rate of the shipment

After choosing the Shipstation’s carrier, you can calculate the shipping cost for the shipment in the RMS without getting access to the Shipstation’s website. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and size information of the package.
