POS Lite Terms & Conditions
Please read the following text containing the Terms and Conditions carefully before using our POS Lite. By purchasing POS Lite, we suppose that you read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Copyright
Magestore is the copyright holder of all software sold on this site. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without our permission, is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website.
License
Only one copy of an extension can be used on one Magento domain installation for your own personal or business use. A separate License should be purchased for 1 Magento dev site and 1 Magento live site.
Installation
When purchasing this product, we offer Free installation service under one Magento installation ONLY. To get Free installation support, please provide us access to your website (including admin account and FTP/SSH info).
Free installation offer is valid for 2 weeks (10 working days) for each order upon the date of purchase. If customers contact us to install an extension which was purchased after 2 weeks or for the second Magento dev site installation, we would like to charge an installation fee for this kind of service (basically $100/Installation request)
Support & Warranty
We offer free support for up to the first 3-months with each purchase. With this product you can choose the support tier with your purchase as follow:
6-month support with additional fee = $349.00
12-month support with additional fee = $499.00
The support period starts once the payment is finalized. The support includes answering any question related to our products
The support includes a warranty that fixes any bug/error caused by our products which is reported by customers to make sure it works well as the demo version. Our products are built and tested on Magento default so that Support does not include fixing coding conflicts that are related to any third-party extension/theme that is installed on your store. In addition, support doesn't also include customizing our product to fit your own needs and any request for customization will require an extra fee. Please provide us access to your website for support (including admin account and FTP/SSH info). Team viewer support is not accepted.
The Customer agrees that bugs caused by a modification or extension not provided by Magestore are not part of the official warranty. We shall not be liable to the Customer for those bugs.
Please notice that we just provide support for a Magento installation ONLY depending on the time of customer purchase.
Customers can contact us for support by support.magestore.com Please kindly understand that all support requests on the weekend will be processed when we’re back to the office next Monday (GMT+7).
After the support period expires, customers can extend the product support with a small fee. The extra fee for this service can be purchased as a 6-month package or 1-year package.
Please contact us at support.magestore.com and provide us your order number to request a purchase for a new product support package.
Product Update
We update products regularly to meet customers' needs and make our products compatible with Magento's new versions.
When Magestore publishes new versions of this product, please take notice of the Release note tab on the product page to get updates about the latest version.
Please remember that we do not provide free services (including free support and installation service) for updating Magento versions. Also, free services are not applied for updating Magento versions that the module does not support.
Module updates are provided only to the customers within the warranty time. For module upgrade, customer needs to pay the upgrade fee of $499 to get the new package along with 1 year of support and 1 time of implementation for this package on 1 dev site and 1 live site.
Modules Updates and Upgrades will be differentiated by the change of Product Line.
For example, for Magento version which POS lite is compatible now (M2.3 to M2.4.6), we call it POS Lite 1.0. So if Magento update to 2.4.7 or we update new features, we release POS Lite 1.x, you still can get this new POS package (module update) for free if you’re in the warranty time.
However, if Magento releases new versions in the future that requires us to change system structure or maybe we find out a new way to develop a product with the better performance, we have to release POS Lite 2.x that you need to upgrade. (The feature can be less or more than they are in the old version. The reason is for switching from M2.2 to M2.3 for instance, Magento itself releases the new features called MSI which made us build everything from scratch so not all features can be updated as they are in M2.2 or maybe if they're unnecessary for most of the clients, we can remove them in the new version). In this case, you need to pay $499 to get the latest package POS 2.x along with 1 year of support counted from the purchase date of upgrade and 1 time of implementation for this package on 1 dev site and 1 live site.
This doesn’t include any fees for data migration or related customization for upgrade.
Customization
We provide Customization Service of the product to fit your own needs. Customers can contact for customization by https://www.magestore.com/book-consultation
Customization will be similar to the discussed requirements. Customization does not include any further changes or additional changes. Any further or additional changes will be considered as a separate project and will be quoted separately. Customization also does not include installation support. Free Installation support is just applied to extensions purchased from our extension store.
Customization support will be valid for one month only upon delivery of the project. For further support, you need to extend the support time and we would like to charge you an additional amount for extended support time.
During Customization Service, please don't make any modification on any file. If you are making any change, please inform us first and make a backup of the file/folder/database/setting.
Customization is guaranteed only for the site we work on. We are not responsible for any site's change/update/upgrade later on the site or applying the same customization on other sites even in the free support period of the project.
Refund
Magestore offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for all of our products.
If you have any problems running, concerns about the refund term, or support and installation service, please kindly contact us.
If the extension fails to function properly due to a bug and we cannot fix it, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. However, we stand behind our products and will assist customers in solving problems first.
Before a refund will be granted, customers must enable us to try and solve any problem related to the extension. Contact us via support.magestore.com and please provide us the information related to the problems. We handle problems as they come but it may take us up to 5 business days to solve an issue.
Note that a refund request which is to be made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be given a refund.
Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the product or if the product was purchased for evaluation purposes. Before purchasing any of our products, please read the product details and also check the DEMO very carefully. Only if you are completely satisfied, the product should be purchased.
Refunds will not be granted in case coding conflicts are related to any third party extensions/themes that are installed in your store. We can offer our support service in fixing conflicts for an additional charge.
Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation and customization services.
For partial refund for a combo or package, you must meet all refund conditions as separate purchases mentioned above and extensions that you keep in that combo or package will be counted at their normal prices. The multiple items discount will still be applied. The rest value of the original combo/package from the amount of chosen extensions is the partial refund amount.
Disclaimers
Except as expressly provided herein, neither party makes any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, and each party specifically disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Magestore does not warrant that the Software complies with any local or international law or regulations.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other party for the delay in any performance or failure to render any performance under this Agreement when such failure or delay is caused by governmental regulations, fire, strike, war, flood, accident, epidemic, embargo, appropriation of plant or product in whole or in part by any government or public authority, or any other cause or causes, whether of like or different nature, beyond the reasonable control of such party as long as such cause or causes exist.
Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arises out of or in connection with this Agreement, without regard to choice or conflict of law principles. To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted hereinabove, the parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the Hanoi court (Vietnam) for the purpose of litigating all disputes.

Please note that this policy may change. We reserve the right to add, remove, change and/or modify this policy at any time. The changes will be updated on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
