According to Magestore fulfillment process, you will have to assign the order to a warehouse so that it can be fulfilled.
To start assigning an order, you can click on the Assign button. Note that this button will only show when:
+ You are still processing this order (if the order has been closed or held, then it will not show).
+ There are quantity of product that can be assigned (if all products have already been assigned and shipped, then it is not necessary to show this button!).
Then the Assign to Fulfill popup will show.
You can that it is blank when it is opened. You must select a source first before selecting the product to assign.
After you has selected a source, then the list of products that can be assigned will show. You will select the product you want to assign then fill in the Assign Qty (which cannot be greater than Qty to Assign). After you have selected all the products, you can click on Assign button.
After you assign products successfully, there will be a message. And then you will see the Assigned quantity of the product has increased to show how many product quantity in the order have been assigned to be fulfilled.
