You can access an order’s Order Details page by clicking on the View button. This is where you can find more information about the order.
On the Order Details page, there is much more information about the order that you can see such as Payment information (Subtotal, Shipping Fee, Discount, Tax, Grand Total, Total Paid, Total Refunded), Recipient, Ordered Items, Shipping, Shipment,…
Change Order Status
You can also hold, cancel, or unhold order with Hold, Cancel, Unhold button on the Order Details page.
Assign/Unassign Order
On this page, you can also start the fulfillment process by assigning the products to suitable warehouses to fulfill the order. Please follow the guide below:

Create Instant Shipment
There will be two options for staff to create shipment on RMS.
First is to create instant shipment (which omit the pick-pack step and go straight to create the shipment, just like backend Magento)
Second is to put the order into the fulfillment process with 4 steps: Allocate → Pick → Pack → Ship.
