How to manage orders with All Orders page

Overview about the page

The first thing to try with the RMS Fulfillment module is the All Orders page.

All Orders page

This is where you can see and manage all of your Magento orders. On the page, you can see some basic information about the order such as Order ID, Created Date, Total Value, Ship To, and Order Status.

Each page can show 100 orders at the same time, and you can click on the pagination at the bottom of the page to go to other page.

How to find an order on All Orders page

Using the filter function on the All Orders page, you can find orders with their Order ID, Order Status, Created Date, Total, and Recipient information.

Manage order status in All Orders page

After you have selected the order you want to change status for, you can click on the Action button to see all the action (Cancel, Hold, Unhold) and select the action.

There will be a confirmation popup shown to confirm if you really want to do the action for the order, click on Confirm to continue or Cancel to close the popup.

The system will validate and show you how many orders you have changed the status successfully and how many failed.

Order Details page

You can also click on the View button to go to the Order Details page, where you can find more information about the order. This is also where you can start assign your orders to suitable warehouse to fulfill.
