How to Make a Partial Payment on POS?

When the customer wants to deposit a portion of his money in advance to:

• Keep his products in the store and he will come back to pay enough money

• Make sure that he will receive full products after shipping and he will pay enough money

In those cases, with the Magestore POS you can use the partial payment function to resolve.

Create Order with the partial payment

• Step 1: Add product to Cart

• Step 2: Process to payment

• Step 3: Choose payment method

• Step 4: Add number of money that the customer wants to deposit

Open

• Step 5: Click to Accept button

• Step 6: Click to Mark as partial button

• Step 7: Click to Complete Order to confirm

Open

After creating an order with partial payments, the order has status In Processing and the number of money due that the customer needs to pay.

Complete Order

To complete this order, you need to process follow steps:

• Step 1: Go to Order history, choose the order

• Step 2: Click to Take Shipment button to confirm the starting shipping process

• Step 3: Click to Take Payment button with the remaining amount to be paid

• Step 4: Choose payment method

• Step 5: Click to Accept button to complete process

• Step 6: Click to Complete Payment button
