Go to Magento Backend > Purchase Management > Purchase Order Management section.
Click View to Open Processing Purchase Order.
Click Transfer Items
Choose Source
Add Selected Product then Input the real Transfered Quantity
Click Save
Choose Source to transfer Item
Input real Transferred Quantity
