(To get the best experience when testing Dojo payment, you should set up the Currency on POS to British Pound)

To set up successfully the Dojo terminal to the Magestore POS, please follow these steps.

  1. Setting Dojo terminal on the Backend

First step, the admin has to set up the Dojo Terminal payment method on the backend. Access to Backend > POS > POS Settings > Payment for POS Section > Dojo Terminal:

In this section, you have to fill in some required information:

Enable

Enable/Disable Dojo terminal payment method

Sandbox Mode

Switch sandbox mode/production mode

Title

Enter the title of payment method you want to display on POS

Host URL

Enter the api url base on the sandbox mode above 

  • sandbox mode: test.connect.paymentsense.cloud

  • production mode: connect.paymentsense.cloud

Account

Enter the account information provided by the payment provider 

Password

Enter the password information provided by the payment provider 

Installer-Id

Enter the Installer-id information provided by the payment provider

 

After filling in all the required information, you can test the connection between the server and the terminal by clicking the button Test API Connection

 

  • Connect Successfully

 

  • Failure to connect

 

 

  1. Setting Dojo terminal on POS

To set up which terminal is assigned on POS, log in to POS > Setting menu > Payment > Dojo Terminal 

 

Click on the button Refresh list to get available terminals

 

 

  • Select a terminal in the dropdown

 

  • Connect successfully

  • Failure to connect
