Update multiple brands for Customize Template page

With the rising demand for different barcode printer brands, we have integrated 10 more templates into the Customize Templates feature.

1. New templates list

We have integrated 10 new templates:

• Avery A4

  • L7160 - 64mm x 38mm

  • L7161 - 64mm x 47mm

  • DK-11221 - 23mm x 23mm

  • Jewelry tags - 10038478 - 76.2mm x 13.9mm

2. New product attributes

We also add more product attributes for each barcode template. These contain:

1. Product weight

2. Product Tags:

Add value that starts with ….

This value needs to fit the tags you configure on the Product page of Shopify.

• First, define the tags for your products

• Second, open one template on the Manage Template page of the Magestore Barcodes app.

• Then, check the tags starting with … and paste the value into the Product Tags field of that template

(e.g. tags are “new” and “new collection”. So the tags to be shown on barcodes are “new”)

• After that, print the barcodes with the above template

3. Shopify_Product_Metafield:

Enter the namespace and key of the metafield you want to include in the template.

• Go to Settings > Custom data > Define your Shopify_Product_Metafield > Get the namespace and key > back to Manage Templates page > paste that value into Shopify_Product_Metafield

• Next, go to the Product page > add value for that metafield

• Then you can get back to the Magestore Barcode app and start printing barcodes with this template

The value you added to the product of that barcode will be shown. If the value is too long, it can be shown partially on the barcodes.

4. Shopify_Variant_Metafield

The steps for configuring Shopify_Variant_Metafield are the same as Shopify_Product_Metafield. Access each product variant to add value.

Besides, you can even drag up and down to set the position for those product attributes. Each template can be added a maximum of 4 attributes, except for the smaller ones.
