How to buy a gift card product in POS Client

Step 1: Login POS Client > Select a customer who provided an email address > Add a gift card product to the cart > Complete the payment process

  • It is necessary to select a customer who has provided an email address to successfully check-out a gift card product.

  • If attempting to checkout a gift card product without selecting a customer or if the customer has not provided an email, the system will display an error as shown in the images below.

Step 2: After fully paying the order and fulfilling the gift card product, a gift code will be sent to the customer via email

Each purchased gift card product will be sent with a corresponding gift code.
