How to apply gift codes to checkout an order in POS Client

 

  • Login POS Client > Add products to cart > Choose Gift Card payment in the Checkout page

    Gift Card payment is also applied on the Take Payment page (Path: POS Client > Order History > View an order details page > Take Payment)

  • Apply gift codes by:
    + Entering a gift code in the textbox > Click “Apply” button


    + Choosing gift code(s) from your gift code list
    To display the list of gift codes, it is required to select a customer during checkout. At this point, the system will display in the list those gift codes that are assigned to the selected customer and simultaneously have Current Balance greater than 0

     

     

  • You can manually adjust the discount amount of the applied gift code by clicking on it, or delete gift code(s) by clicking the icon.



  • After completing the step of applying gift code(s), click the "Continue" button to proceed to the next page



  • Press the "Complete order" button to finish the process of placing an order



  • After an order has been placed successfully, you can view information about the applied gift codes that are shown in Receipt
