How to manage receipt customizations
The Receipt Customization function is available in the Standard subscription.
A. How to view the receipts list
Access POS admin > Settings > Receipt customization
B. How to create a customized receipt
Step 1: Access POS admin > Settings > Receipt customization > “Add new teamplate” button
Step 2: Fill information in your customized template and then press “Save” button
+ Template name
+ General section (Logo, Header and Footer)
+ Order information section (SKU, Orignal price and Cashier name)
+ Locations list section
Note: Display only locations belonging to the Standard subscription in the locations list. Please select location checkboxes to assign the template to them.
Step 3: Place an order in POS Client:
C. How to delete a customized template
Access POS admin > Settings > Receipt customization > View a customized receipt details > “Delete” button
If a location's customized template is deleted, the POS receipt will revert to the default template.
