Sales by Location Report

A. How to view sales report by location

The Report function is available in the Standard subscription. Please upgrade to this plan to experience enhanced features to serve your sales.

To view location reports:

Go to POS admin > Report > Sales by Location
Click on the calendar in the upper left corner and set the reporting period.
Click on the column title you want to sort the data analytics.
Click Export to download the Excel spreadsheet with payment methods.

All values of Sales by Location report will be changed according to the filtered time range and locations.

Sales by Location report includes:

Sales by Location	Description
Location	All locations created in the Shopify admin with the number of orders placed on POS Client is greater than 0
Gross sales	The gross sales according to each location. (Gross sales value is not affected by the product/ order/ shipping discount, shipping fee or tax) Formula: Gross sales = Original product price Ordered quantity.*
Discounts	Includes all product discounts and order discounts in all orders according to each location. (The Point Discount retrieved from the rewards program such as the Joy: Loyalty Program app is a type of the order discounts)
Refunds	The total refunded amount (excluding the refunded shipping) of all orders according to each location.
Net sales	The net sales of all orders according to each location. Formula: Net sales = Gross sales - Discounts - Refunds
Shipping	The total shipping amount for all orders according to each location. Formula: Shipping = Shipping charges - Shipping discount - Refunded shipping
Tax	The total tax for all orders according to each location.
Total sales	The total sales for all orders according to each location. Formula: Total sales = Net sales + Shipping + Tax
