A. How to view sales report by payment method
The Report function is available in the Standard subscription. Please upgrade to this plan to experience enhanced features to serve your sales.
View sales reports by payment methods to check if customers pay for orders by card or other methods.
To view payment reports:
1. Go to POS admin > Report > Sales by Payment Method.
2. Click on the calendar in the upper left corner and set the reporting period.
3. Choose location(s) you desire to filter.
4. Click on the column title you want to sort the data analytics.
5. Click Export to download the Excel spreadsheet with payment methods.
B. Introduce sales report by payment method
The Sales by Payment Method report provides you with an overview of financial payment reports at various locations. It displays separate payment reports for each payment method that your customers have used.
Sales by Payment Method report includes:
Sales by Payment Method | Description |
Payment method | The total of all payment methods used to place orders with total paid > 0 on POS Client within the filtered time range and locations. |
Orders | The total number of orders created by each payment method within the filtered time range and locations. |
Total paid | Total paid amount of orders by each payment method within the filtered time range and locations. |
Total refunded | All refunded amount by each payment method within the filtered time range and locations. |
Net amount | Total paid - Total refunded. |
