To keep Magento admin session lifetime within 1 year, admin can

  1. Go to Admin Backend > Store-> Configuration > Advanced > Admin > Input 31536000 into field Admin Session Lifetime (seconds)

  2. Access Store > Configuration > General > Web, edit Cookie Lifetime
