How to pick items for a picking request

The first thing you have to do - as a staff - is to access the Picking Request details page by clicking on the Pick button of that picking request. (If the picking request has already been added to a batch, you cannot pick that picking request separately anymore - therefore the Pick button will be disabled.

You will be redirected to Picking Request details page.

When you start picking items, you click on Start Picking button to change the picking request status to “Picking” (means that you cannot add more items to this picking request, change picker or add it to batch anymore).

There will be a confirm popup show. Click on Confirm button to proceed picking the picking request.

There will be a message show when success.

When the status of the picking request is “Picking”, you can fill in the picked qty of each product then confirm to complete the picking request.

You can also scan the barcode to increase the picked qty of each product.

When you confirm the picking request, there will also be a confirmation popup. Click on Confirm button to continue.

In case you haven’t picked all items in the picking request, the content of the confirmation popup will be different.

When you confirm a picking request successfully, you will be redirected to the Picking Request by Order page. There will be a success message.

The picked items will be sent to create new packing request (if currently there is no existing packing request of the same order) or add to existing packing request. If there is any unpicked items in the confirmed picking request, they will be sent back to Allocation step (Awaiting Shipment page) to be allocated again.
