• As a cashier, I’d like to show notification in POS when there's a new store pickup order
  Staff clicks Ready-to-ship Order list in Left Panel to see all orders which are ready to ship (online mode)
  
  

4. Main flow

The most common path of interactions between the user & the system:

• Show notification in POS when there's a new store pickup order so staff can be aware right away
  (only online mode)

• Staff clicks Pick-up Order list in Left Panel to see all orders which are Store Pickup but not yet picked
  (online mode)

• Staff clicks Ready-to-ship Order list in Left Panel to see all orders which are ready to ship (online mode)

Add Notification messages on POS when you have a new pick-up order/reply email from customers

All new pick-up orders will be put in the Store Pick-up Orders list

Check Payment method to see if it’s OK to proceed the next steps

Click Add Note, choose template “Payment issue: When customer credit card was denied and notify by email

Picking process

• Staff click Pick to start picking items

• Show picking form to pick products

• Staf click Complete Picking after finishing.

Click Pick to start Pick items to the package

This order will be tagged as In Picking and Staff who is logging in POS can be attached to this order so other staffs will not choose it

If click Confirm when Order is fully picked, this order is pushed to Ready to ship Tab automatically 

If click Confirm when the picked products are not enough based on the order, shows a warning message

If click Yes while the order is deficient of products, this order will be tagged as Shortage

Staff click Add Note, choose a template of “Order is not ready to pick up”
