How to Close and Validate a Session on POS

Please make sure your staff have the permissions mentioned in this article: https://magestore-service.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PD/pages/243565266

  1. Click POS Menu in POS screen

  2. Find Session Management on POS checkout menu

  3. Choose the session In Progress > Click Close Session

  4. Set the Closing Balance > Click Confirm

  5. If the Theoretical Closing Balance is different from real balance (Different <> 0), you must note your reason to explain the Difference. Otherwise, you can’t continue closing session.

  6. Click Validate
