How to Clear POS Cache on Chrome

Step 1: Access to this extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-site-data/aihgofjefdlhpnmeakpnjjeajofpcbhj and click the button Add to Chrome

Step 2: Pin this Extension to chrome toolbar

Step 3: Login to POS > Click the Extension Icon on sidebar > Click Clear site data

Step 4: Close current tab and open new tab to login POS again.

Warning: However we’re not recommend clearing POS’s storage because it can delete the pending transactions which haven’t been synced to backend. Please clear cache when you ensure all the transactions are synced completely.
