3. Actors + description

  • Suppliers have special promotions for end-users, for example: Buy 10 bags free 1 bag to increase sales

  • Merchant will take advantage of these promotions to sell products on POS, once in a while, the Merchant sends a report of Free items that has been give away and claimed to suppliers.

4. Pre-conditions

  • In Magento Backend, a system to manage Reward Promotion is already configured

Create New Reward Promotion Rule, admin can turn on the Show in on POS setting and setup the left qty to show hint (default = 1)

5. Main flow

 

  • Staff can select a customer and click start to apply reward promotion so that the system will start accumulating items of each customer

 

  • Staff can check how many programs customers joined and how many products customer purchased but has not redeemed the free items.
    after that, select a promotion to see a detailed list of purchased items or expired items, click to redeem if the customer meets the conditions

 

  • Staff click to Redeem the free items for customers, pop-up list shows up to choose and Submit Redemption
