• As a store owner, I want to allow the customer to pay orders partially

4. Pre-conditions

Multiple Payment methods for POS are already configured in the Magento Back-end

6. Main flow (Required)

1. Staff open session and doing check out as usual: Log in POS > Check out > Add Products to Cart

2. Staff click on the payment button that has the check out price

3. Add Discount and Shipping information if needed

Case 1: Split Payment: allow customers to pay with different payment methods for 1 order

• Staff can choose each kind of payment method and fill out the amount of money she would like to split.

E.g: Cash 30$, click on Mark as Partial and choose to pay the remaining amount with Credit Card 14.30$

• Complete order and print Receipt

Case 2: Layaway: allow customers to pay the order partially and the remaining amount will be pay later

• Staff can choose a payment method and fill out the amount of money she would like to pay.

E.g: Cash 30$, click on Mark as Partial

• Complete order and print Receipt

• When Staff check order history, the order status will be: Processing and Partially Paid

• When the customer comes back and completes payment, staff click on Take Payment and complete order
