Inventory movement (tracking & accounting)

Track inventory movement of all SKUs in order to know immediately when there is a discrepancy between the system and actual inventory

As a inventory manager, I want to record all the stock movement of each SKU so I can easily tracking when there is a difference between the system & actual inventory
4. Pre-conditions
The role Inventory Manager is created in Admin Panel > System > User Roles and is given the Action Logs resource access.
5. Main flow (Required)
The most common path of interactions between the user & the system:
The Inventory Manager can view the report of inventory movement of all SKUs by following this path Admin Panel > Inventory Management > Action Logs > Inventory Movement. The system will then show all inventory movement happened in the Inventory Movement Grid.
The Inventory Manager can then click on Export to save the report in either CSV or Excel XML format for recording or submitting to upper-management.
6. Alternative flows (if any)
a The inventory manager can select Filter to view the Inventory Movement report in the specific time interval, specific SKU, product name, the change in quantity of the product during the inventory movement process (old, change, new), source, stock status, action type, person in charge. This allows Inventory Manager to look into details and investigate the problem in case that there is any discrepancy between the system and actual inventory
