Call Center Staff takes Store Pickup orders

  • As a call center staff, I would like to takes the orders from customer and choose the location customer wants to pick up

Set up the list of store or pickup locations that the customer can go to pick up products

The most common path of interactions between the user & the system:

As an Call Center Staff, I want to take Store Pickup Order for another available Location.

  • After adding item in cart, User clicks "Add Shipping" button to open the Shipping dialouge.

  • User selects the Pickup at another Location Shipping method to open the store selection dropdown

  • User selects one Location in the dropdown as the store for picking up.

  • User clicks "Save"/"Cancel" button to confirm/cancel the shipping method changes.

  • If there is not any store available for all items in the cart, the system will display the message "There is no available Location".
